WILL THESE CHANGES REVITALIZE THE FRENCH ECONOMY?

In Londres Mag, Gaétan DI MARTINO explains that changes that have been operated should have a positive effect on the attractiveness of France, particularly in regards to investors. The decrease of social taxes should as well redeem the portfolio of French who are currently working. However, not as much as unemployed individuals, who will be subject to repercussions. Termination loosening on specific issues is a strong message towards international organizations in order to foster the employment of French workers.

• La baisse des impôts sur les sociétés
• La baisse des charges sociales

 

En droit social :

• Le caractère économique du licenciement dans les entreprises issues de groupes internationaux
• Le plafonnement des licenciements économiques
• Le délai de contestation d’une rupture de contrat de travail
• La mise en place du PACTE (Plan d’Action pour la Croissance et la Transformation des Entreprises)

 

Sur les régimes sociaux :

• La fusion du RSI au régime général

 

CES CHANGEMENTS VONT-ILS REDYNAMISER L’ECONOMIE FRANCAISE ?

Dans Londres Mag, Gaétan DI MARTINO explique que les changements opérés devraient avoir un impact positif sur l’attractivité de la France notamment à l’égard des investisseurs. La baisse des charges sociales devrait également être salvatrice pour le portefeuille des Français qui travaillent. Mais beaucoup moins pour les inactifs, qui en subiront la répercussion. Enfin, l’assouplissement de certains points du licenciement est un message fort à l’égard des entreprises internationales afin de les inciter à embaucher des salariés français.
