    Sarah-Jane TASTEYRE is a French qualified lawyer who has been assisting French Nationals in Hong Kong since 2015. She regularly works together with Hong Kong family lawyers as well as family lawyers in France, thanks to her global vision of family law.

    She joined the Jurisglobal team in October 2018, thus becoming the first lawyer of the firm established in Asia.


    Sarah-Jane TASTEYRE is currently working as an International Family lawyer at JC Legal, a local Hong Kong Firm.

    As a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong Sarah-Jane’s practice is focused on issues of international family law. She assists French clients in international divorces and cross border probates.

    Prior to that Sarah-Jane begun her career in France, where she qualified as a French Avocat in 2003, and held various in-house positions in charge of the legal departments in French Charities and Non-Governmental Organisations such Amnesty International in Paris.

    Throughout her career whether in house or private practice Sarah-Jane has developed an expertise in inheritance laws, legacies, and family law. Working in Hong Kong has led her to have a good understanding of Common Law.


    Sarah-Jane TASTEYRE is a bearer of both French and British Passport. Her choice of studies has been influenced by her dual citizenship.

    She started by studying in France, a double curriculum at the University of Paris X Nanterre,  where she obtained a LLM in French Business Law, as well as degree in Anglo American Law.

    She also holds a LLM in International Law from the University of Nottingham in the UK and a Degree in Human right and Humanitarian Law from the University Evry Val d’Essonne in France.

    Sarah-Jane qualified as a French Avocat in 2003, after attending Law school in Versailles (France).
