Louise Gaentzhirt was sworn in as a member of the Paris Bar in 2010. She joined Jurisglobal in April 2019.
Louise Gaentzhirt has an expertise in public business law (public procurement law), urban planning law, and also in construction law and construction insurance.
Listening to her clients and concerned about protecting their interests, she has solid theoretical knowledge and strong field expertise.
This enables her to assist her clients, whether public or private, both in advice (drafting and negotiation of contracts in France and abroad, complex real estate structuring, building permit audit, construction site execution problems, establishment of financial claims, etc.) and in litigation (appeals challenging the validity of a contract or a termination measure, appeals relating to the establishment of the statement, etc.).
She represents its clients in amicable or judicial expert appraisals, defends their interests in the context of manufacturers’ liability (contractual guarantees, guarantees of perfect completion, proper functioning and ten-year period) as well as the drafting and negotiation of their settlement documents.
She collaborates in a privileged way with international architectural firms, technical design offices and construction companies.
She regularly participates in the Commission of Insurance Experts (CEA) on the topic of “Specificities of the litigation of manufacturers’ liability before administrative courts”. She has also taught construction law courses at the ESTP (Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics) for several years.
Louise is graduated of a Master I in Public Law (2007) and a Master 2 in Contracts and Public Works (2008). She has been a legal expert within a Technical Design Office (2008-2009) and has several years of experience in renowned law firms specialising in construction law (2010-2019).
