ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Caroline Testu-LHerbier holds a Master 2 degree in business tax law obtained from the University of Lille 2 in 2006. She practiced at Ernst & Young before joining Lamartine in Paris, a firm specialized in M&A, for 4 years as a lawyer. She then passed the CRFPA before joining the team of Bignon Lebray in Shanghai in 2010 where she stayed for 4 years before founding her current firm. She is now a Partner at Octav Advisors in Hong Kong.
